Verification of existing & strip out of redundant services
Supply & Installation of new 2no. condensing gas fired boilers, flues, associated controls, and ancillaries.
Supply & Installation of new preheater coils and associated LTHW heating pipework, trace heating, valve sets serving roof top Air Handling Units 1&2
Removal of the redundant preheater coils and the associated external LTHW heating pipework connections
Supply & install thermal insulation to the new LTHW pipework on the roof and within the plantroom.
Modifications to the existing BMS control panel, including all power and control wiring for the new and existing equipment.
Supply & installation of new gas supply pipework serving gas fired boilers.
Supply & installation of new thermal insulation & Cladding to the bird damaged roof AHU’s ductwork (AHU 1 & 3).
Provision of temporary heating for duration of the works
Builders work in connection.
Alteration to existing plinths
Fire stopping
Flushing the entire new heating system
Fire detection and Alarm modifications/Connections
Earthing and bonding
Water treatment & chemical dosing
