Description of Contract

  • Supply and Installation of Temporary Plantroom including making connections to existing prior to strip out works.
  • Strip out of plant room of all existing mechanical services
  • Strip out of existing domestic (cold & hot) water services within building
  • Strip out of existing LTHW system within building
  • Supply and installation of LTHW system to exclude main plant and all equipment including associated controls.
  • Supply and installation of LTHW main plant and equipment and including associated plant room-based control equipment.
  • Supply and installation of domestic hot water system to include main plant and all equipment including associated controls.
  • Supply and installation of domestic cold-water system to include main plant and all equipment including associated controls.
  • Water Treatment – Flushing of Domestic (Hot & Cold) Water system including Storage Tanks
  • Water Treatment – Disinfection of Domestic (Hot & Cold) Water system
  • Commissioning of Hot Water System
  • Production of Legionella Risk Assessment
  • Flushing & Water Treatment of LTHW system
  • Commissioning of LTHW system
  • Manufacturers Commissioning Certificate for ASHP
  • Strip out and re-installation of existing extract mechanical ventilation including validation & commissioning works.
  • BMS – Design, supply, installation, and commissioning of MCCP
  • BMS – Supply and installation of containment and power supplies to plant and equipment not served by local LV power via TPN distribution board.
  • BMS – wiring of internal sensors to fan convectors including two control zone valves and associated sensors.
  • BMS – Internal wiring associated with ASHP’s and controls.
  • Provision of O&M Manuals & TM31 Logbook
  • Provision of Record Drawings & Schedules
