Description of Contract

    • Strip out of existing pipe work and boilers
    • Install 2 Idea Evo Max 30 Boilers and an Andrews Water heater.
    • Install heating Pipe work.
    • Insulate all pipe work.
    • Install late heat exchanger.
    • Install new boiler flue.
    • Replace the existing Boiler Control with an upgraded panel that can be controlled by on site team.
    • Replace the heating pressurisation unit.
    • Replace the chemical dosing pot.
    • Replace the dirt and air separator.
    • Replace the LTHW circulating pump.
    • Install valves and ancillaries.
    • Install domestic hot water services.
    • Install fire stopping associated to the heating and domestic service installations.
    • Testing of Gas Installation and commissioning of the controls.
    • Provide training to the onsite team.
