Description of Contract

    • Verification of existing & strip out of redundant services
    • Supply & Installation of new 2no. condensing gas fired boilers, flues, associated controls, and ancillaries.
    • Supply & Installation of new preheater coils and associated LTHW heating pipework, trace heating, valve sets serving roof top Air Handling Units 1&2
    • Removal of the redundant preheater coils and the associated external LTHW heating pipework connections
    • Supply & install thermal insulation to the new LTHW pipework on the roof and within the plantroom.
    • Modifications to the existing BMS control panel, including all power and control wiring for the new and existing equipment.
    • Supply & installation of new gas supply pipework serving gas fired boilers.
    • Supply & installation of new thermal insulation & Cladding to the bird damaged roof AHU’s ductwork (AHU 1 & 3).
    • Provision of temporary heating for duration of the works
    • Builders work in connection.
    • Alteration to existing plinths
    • Fire stopping
    • Flushing the entire new heating system
    • Fire detection and Alarm modifications/Connections
    • Earthing and bonding
    • Water treatment & chemical dosing
    • Testing and Commissioning
    • Provision of O&M Manuals & TM31 Logbook
    • Provision of Record Drawings & Schedules
    • Demonstrations (CA, Consultants & Clients)
